Office Location: Conroe, Texas, United States
Scope/Contacts: Incumbent has frequent contact with directors, top management, employees and community leaders. Performs business development activities in retail market area. This officer must represent the bank in a variety of social and business events.
Responsibilities
- Make all types of direct consumer and Home Equity loans which are consistent in quality to satisfy Bank standards for safety and profitability
- Promote good customer relations
- Seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts
- Responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct basis
- Accountable for the terms extended on such credit
- Operate within the Bank's policies, procedures and lending limits
- Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture
- Support the values of the organization
- Follow established company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of Consumer Lending experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Excellent communication and human relation skills
- Seasoned in consumer and retail lending, marketing, and management
