The Volunteer Support Associate volunteer will play a key role in overseeing volunteer management, supporting recruitment efforts, and fostering a positive and effective volunteer culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing recruitment and onboarding of volunteers.
- Assist in developing and implement volunteer training programs.
- Assist in ensuring a positive and productive volunteer experience.
- Assist in providing guidance and support to volunteer teams, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Assist in managing volunteer records and maintain communication regarding upcoming opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or volunteer management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Passion for youth development, outdoor activities, and community engagement.
- Ability to work remotely and commit to 2–3 hours per week.
