Support Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a flexible and resourceful individual to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-driven retail environment. This role supports both front and back of the house operations, requiring adaptability and a strong work ethic. You’ll be part of a dynamic team passionate about delivering excellence and creating memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and phone operator
• Execute operational policies and procedures
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow
• Support the smooth running of the store through various tasks

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Stock-related experience is a plus
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Physical ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Sense of humor is a plus

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $15.00 USD.
