Responsibilities

• Create a professional, user-friendly website that reflects the mission, programs, and community of The WildRoot Collective.
• Optimize Google Ad Grant campaigns to improve campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain the website’s functionality and design according to the latest web standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with the organization's messaging and branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in web design or development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ad Grant optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach.
