We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. Must not repeat job title. Must include only sections with real content. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Must remove navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the description. Key sections: About the role? The description starts with "Description The Volunteer Engagement Manager leads...". Could treat as "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have content: description of role (what they do) - could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". There's also a "What You'll Do" section with bullet points (Recruit & Grow Volunteer Engagement, Create Meaningful Volunteer Experiences, Partner Across the Organization, Lead Volunteer Engagement Programs). Those are responsibilities. There's "What You'll Experience" (Mission in Action, Community Connection, Leadership Opportunities, Meaningful Impact) - could be "Benefits"? Not exactly benefits but maybe "What You'll Experience" could be under "Benefits" or "What You'll Experience" but not in list. Could treat as "Benefits" but it's not typical benefits like health insurance. Might be better to treat as "What You'll Experience" as a section heading? The instruction says use those example headings but not limited? It says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings when appropriate. If content doesn't fit, maybe we shouldn't create a heading. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could embed that info under "About the role" or "Responsibilities". However "What You'll Experience" seems like benefits/impact. Could be placed under "Benefits". But the content is not typical benefits like health insurance; it's about mission impact, community connection, leadership opportunities, meaningful impact. Could be considered "Benefits" (intangible). Might be okay. Then "What Success Looks Like" - could be under "Responsibilities" or maybe "Qualifications"? Not exactly. Could be under "What Success Looks Like" as a separate section but not in the list. Might be better to incorporate into "Responsibilities" or "About the role". However we need to preserve all info; we could create a section "What Success Looks Like" as h3 even if not in the example list? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use h3 for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying those are typical but we could still use others if needed. However they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid many thin sections. So we should combine. Thus we can have sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (detailed duties), Requirements (education & experience), Skills & Strengths (skills), Additional Qualifications (certifications, driver license, availability), Schedule & Travel Requirements (schedule), Physical Requirements (maybe under Schedule? but could be its own? Might be thin). Could combine Physical Requirements into Schedule & Travel? Not ideal. Could have a section "Physical Requirements". But that might be thin but still substantive. However we could incorporate into "Schedule & Travel Requirements" as a subsection? But we need to use
  • for lists. Could keep as separate section if it's substantive. We also have "Supervisory Responsibilities" - could be under Responsibilities. We have "Reports To" and "Future Reporting Relationship" - metadata; we can fold into a short

under About the role or maybe drop? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with "Reports To: Director of Development Operations. Future Reporting Relationship: Beginning in 2027, this position is expected to transition to the Community Outreach & Engagement Department and report to the Senior Manager of Community Outreach & Engagement." That's minor metadata; we can put in a p. We must remove EEO boilerplate etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:
