About the Role
We are looking for a full-time energetic, dependable Assistant Community Manager for a property in Minneapolis, MN. This position will play an important role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Light administration
- Leasing units
- Resident relations
- Property upkeep
- Light maintenance
- Maintain positive resident relations
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
- Proven work experience in multifamily management
- Energetic, dependable self-starter
- Well-organized
- Strong leasing skills/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required
- Affordable Housing experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
Currently onsite 40 hours a week.
Pay
Hourly rate of $24.00 - $26.50, depending on experience.
