Voice instructor needed in Washington DC, DC

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors, particularly for Voice, to teach in the Washington DC, DC area. Lessons can occur in the students' homes, the instructor's home or studio, or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons to students in the Washington DC, DC area
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with the office
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching
• Must have one of the following:
• A degree in music
• Enrollment in a music program
• Professional performing experience
• Previous teaching experience

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with pay ranging from $20-$30 per hour based on travel time, experience, and student retention rate
• Freedom to set your own schedule and curriculum
• All advertising, marketing, and SEO handled by Taylor Robinson Music
• Light workload due to handling all billing and student management
