Visual Keyholder - Coral Ridge Mall

About the role

The Visual Keyholder plays a crucial role in creating an inspiring and engaging shopping environment at H&M stores. They are responsible for setting up garment presentations, managing customer service, and ensuring the store adheres to H&M's visual identity guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up garment presentations on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities within H&M brand guidelines and execute floor moves.
• Share, inspire, and educate the store team on current fashion trends, upcoming campaigns, and brand standards.
• Support the store in achieving an excellent customer experience by meeting customer expectations.
• Follow H&M procedures and standards for direct and indirect customer service.
• Implement the Commercial Handbook to maintain a clear red thread from windows to A-area with wearable buying suggestions.
• Launch and maintain all sales campaigns and activities on time and according to H&M standards.
• Follow up on store KPIs and initiate actions to reach store goals and budgets.
• Adapt the store planning according to store needs and budget from the Commercial plan.
• Evaluate and develop the visual and commercial skills of the store team through regular visual training.
• Ensure all communication in the windows and sales floor complies with local legislation.
• Perform all store routines, including opening and closing, by following all Company practices and procedures.
• Resolve health & safety, legal, and security issues as needed.
• Address any loss prevention and safety issues that may occur while on duty and bring any escalated employee issues to the management team.

Requirements

• Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance.
• Able to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Able to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer, etc) and lift in order to execute display setups.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• May be required to travel to support other stores.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome, especially in keyholder roles.
• Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance.
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
