Visual Keyholder - Cross Creek Mall

About the role

The Visual Keyholder plays a crucial role in creating an inspiring and engaging shopping environment at H&M stores. They are responsible for setting garment presentations, supporting the store team, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentations on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities within the H&M brand guidelines.
• Execute floor moves based on discussions with the Department Manager.
• Ensure the store team is up-to-date with current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Support the store in achieving excellent customer experiences.
• Create a clear red thread from windows to A-area with wearable buying suggestions.
• Ensure high-quality garment presentation every day.
• Launch and maintain all sales campaigns and activities on time.
• Follow up on the H&M Visual Identity through the implementation of the Commercial Handbook.
• Complete and take action on the Best Brand portion of the Customer Audit Tool to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Complete sample picking and execute floor moves to create clear stories and wearable buying suggestions.
• Perform all store routines, including opening and closing, following Company practices and procedures.
• Work with timekeeping and scheduling systems, including approving timesheets.
• Support the Store team in enhancing the customer and working experience.
• Ensure all communication in the windows and sales floor complies with local legislation.
• Perform back-of-house tasks such as cleaning and maintaining the windows.

Requirements

• Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
• Passionate for customer service and helping people find their style.
• Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance.
• Able to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Able to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer, etc) and lift in order to execute display setups.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• May be required to travel to support other stores.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome.
• Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred.
