Visual Keyholder - Northwoods Mall

About the role

The Visual Keyholder plays a crucial role in the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, inspiring customers to explore their personal style. Reporting to the Store Visual Manager, this position involves setting garment presentations, supporting the store team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentations on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities in the store within H&M brand guidelines.
• Execute floor moves based on joint discussions with the Department Manager.
• Ensure up-to-date fashion knowledge and share seasonal trend information with the store team.
• Support the store in achieving excellent customer service and experience.
• Follow H&M Visual Identity through the Commercial Handbook and ensure well-styled mannequins in windows and in-store.
• Create a clear red thread from windows to A-area with wearable buying suggestions.
• Maintain high-quality garment presentation every day.
• Launch and maintain all sales campaigns and activities on time and according to H&M standards.
• Follow up on store KPIs and initiate actions to reach store goals and budgets.
• Audit the store using the Best Brand portion of the Customer Audit Tool to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Complete and take action on the Best Brand portion of the Customer Audit Tool to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Perform all store routines, including opening and closing, by following Company practices and procedures.
• Work with timekeeping and scheduling systems, including approving timesheets.
• Support the Store team in enhancing the customer and working experience in-store through coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and H&M policies.
• Evaluate and develop the visual and commercial skills of the store team through regular visual training.
• Communicate and resolve health & safety, legal, and security issues.
• Manage inventory and maintain visual room organization.
• Secure and maintain the condition of all incoming visual props and marketing material with a sustainability mindset.
• Perform tasks such as painting and maintaining windows as necessary.

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome, with previous keyholder responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance.
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Ability to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer, etc.) and lift in order to execute display setups.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• May be required to travel to support other stores.

Qualifications
