Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives merchandise and processes invoices to ensure payment for orders received.
- Cross train staff in the Café, SHOP, and Front Desk on Retail and Front Desk Systems and operational procedures.
- Produce and audit daily sales reports from Retail and Front Desk Systems, prepare deposits, and ensure accurate cash drawer balances and credit card transactions.
- Assists Retail Manager with ECommerce and SHOP merchandising.
- Respond to inquiries and educate patrons about menu, programming, merchandise, exhibits, and local resources.
- Act as backup manager for the SHOP.
- Sell tickets, camps, classes, membership, preschool tuition, alcoholic beverages, and merchandise utilizing CRM and POS systems.

Qualifications
- Required: High School diploma or GED, 2 years’ experience in customer service & retail including opening and closing.
- Preferred: 3 years’ experience in retail field, Ecommerce experience, Merchandising experience.
