Qualifications
- A PhD in Mathematics is preferred (master’s with 18+ graduate hours in math may be considered)
- Higher level math teaching experience
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, student mentorship, and proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital instructional tools
Essential Functions
- Teach on campus and online during the spring semester of 2027
- Deliver engaging, student-centered learning experiences that integrate mathematical theory with ethical and spiritual responsibility
- Totaling 12 hours
- Courses that could include: College Algebra, Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, Calculus II
- Working with students during your office hours
- Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor
