Visa Processing Officer

Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh | Full-time

About the role

Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services such as Tour Package, Air ticket, and Visa. Book tour packages, air tickets, or process visa applications. Use industry professional tools to book travel services, including GDS, online booking systems, and hotel booking websites. Create travel itineraries, communicate with clients via digital channels, and respond to clients through online and offline media. Maintain sales records, report sales information, and stay updated with airlines, visa rules, offers, and promotions. Additional tasks related to travel booking and client communications may be assigned by administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries for travel services (e.g., Tour Package, Air ticket, Visa).
• Book tour packages, air tickets, or process visa applications (any two services).
• Use professional tools such as GDS, online booking systems, and hotel booking websites.
• Create detailed travel itineraries.
• Communicate with clients via digital channels (online and offline).
• Maintain and report sales records.
• Stay updated on airlines, visa rules, offers, and promotions.
• Perform other travel booking and client communication tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in travel and tourism.
• Bachelor of Arts degree.
