Responsibilities
The Day to Day
- Answer incoming phone calls in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.
- Achieve daily goals consistently as outlined by management.
- Listen actively to patients’ concerns, understand their needs, and provide accurate information.
- Perform registration and insurance verification/updates for patient visits.
- Track member consents of enrolled and engaged members.
- Conduct outreach to established members utilizing ad hoc lists, no-show and canceled reports, and/or assigned panel lists.
- Obtain medical records, process care plans and visit summaries, process and mail member educational materials.
- Complete ongoing training to further skills and development.
- Ensure all member engagements are documented accurately.
- Assist with special projects outside of normal scope of responsibility when necessary.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
- Internet Connectivity - Minimum speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down); Latency.
- Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using electronic medical records.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaker.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Works collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong ability to demonstrate empathy, build relationships, and discover patients’ needs.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills to ensure information continuity.
In-office expectation of 3-4 days per week.
Pay
Hourly Range: $22.12 - $25.00. Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
