What We Offer Patient Service Coordinator - Local to the area. Virtual is responsible for receiving high volume incoming calls for multiple clinic locations and route as necessary across the medical group. All aspects of the scheduling, verification, and clinic communication work streams as well as additional service inquiries, which may include special projects. Meet goals and performance expectations outlined by management. Responsible for accurate patient data entry as it relates to EPIC Dimensions EMR. Serves as a virtual clinic resource to diverse internal and external customers to close care gaps and ensure operational excellence. What You'll Do Education: High School or GED, required. Experience: One minimum six months experience in customer service or customer relations, required. Medical setting experience, preferred. One year genesys Cloud phone experience/EPIC Dimensions experience, preferred.Additional skills required: General computer knowledge.Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and people skills.Ability to adapt priorities in a change-ready, demanding environment.Problem solving and critical thinking skills.Excellent organizational skills and prioritize in a stressful environment.Ability to diffuse an irate patient.Attentive to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management.Must be able to work independently within a team setting.Additional skills preferred: Basic medical terminology knowledge.
