About the role

Ira Toyota of Orleans is part of fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are seeking a Virtual Finance Operations Director to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and expectations on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Cook up the involvement and escalation of internal resources, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customers' expectations.
• Communicate customer concerns, challenges, and the interaction of different processes within their organization.
• Proactively lead the document planning process that develops performance objectives, KPIs, financial targets, and critical milestones for the duration of each customer contract.
• Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer, ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout the entire transaction process.
• Effectively prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and ensure efficient use of both your time and your team’s resources.
• Enthusiatically represent Orleans Toyota technology and solutions.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience in challenging environments required; automotive dealership experience (sales, service, F&I, or BDC) is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A high attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with technology (dealership systems experience is a plus).
• Experience with contracts/compliance or documentation-heavy roles is a plus.
• A flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.

Pay

$75,000 – $90,000/year compensation (based on experience)
