Automotive Sales Professional - Ira Toyota of Orleans

About the role

Ira Toyota of Orleans is part of fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are seeking a qualified Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and build rapport to understand vehicle needs and preferences
• Present, demonstrate, and test drive new and pre-owned vehicles
• Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Clearly explain pricing, features, and financing options
• Follow up with leads (phone, text, email) to generate and maintain pipeline
• Maintain strong product knowledge across inventory and current incentives
• Work closely with finance and management to finalize deals
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI through consistent communication
• Stay organized with CRM tools and accurately document customer interactions
• Maintain and meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience required
• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Professional appearance
• Positive & friendly attitude
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Pay

The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $5,833 – $10,000/month.
