Virtual Events Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle virtual and hybrid event production from briefing to reporting
• Ensure video content aligns with creative and brand standards
• Design and deliver exceptional hybrid event experiences for in-person and virtual audiences
• Manage detailed project plans for multiple simultaneous productions
• Serve as main contact for speakers and participants, ensuring clear logistic communication
• Oversee technical aspects of event platforms and production workflows
• Continuously improve event experiences through innovative formats and interactivity

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience producing live virtual and hybrid events, preferably in the financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of live streaming and webcast production with experience on major platforms
• Bachelor's degree in communications, media, broadcast, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility productions under tight timelines
• Experience in data-driven event metric reporting and improvements
• Excellent project management skills, including timeline and production brief development
• Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements for stakeholders

Pay

$130,000 – $140,000 annually
