About the role
- Harness a strong passion for discovery, client’s goals, and KPIs
- Oversight of a variety of events, including conferences, galas, activations, and more
- Draft strategic creative solutions while maintaining alignment with project goals
- Coordinate and manage planning for a diverse client portfolio
- Source and manage venues and vendors
- Oversee timelines, schedules, and logistics
- Manage attendee and sponsorship logistics
- Lead project teams, contractors, and event staff
- Create and maintain production documents
- Develop and manage budgets
- Conduct sponsor and partner outreach and management
- Liaise with clients to enhance relationships
- Develop and manage proposals for prospective clients
- Participate in creative brainstorms to generate client ideas
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
Requirements
- 5–7 years of producer/project management experience (agency experience required)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle any task
- Creative, tactical, and resourceful problem-solver
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment, both taking and giving direction
- Hardworking with flexibility for non-traditional hours
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (additional creative software a plus)
- Excellent computer (Mac preferred) and internet research skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and take full ownership of projects
