Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with cross-functional groups to produce materials and supplies for event delivery including printed materials, assessments, publications, inventoried items, and more.
- Captures and manages event logistics including classroom design and setup, breakout rooms, experiential space, transportation and meals; set up and break down of meeting rooms, AV equipment and other required technology.
- Serves as logistical liaison for participants and the delivery team.
- Communicates regularly with the event delivery team to ensure clarity of status and to highlight any potential issues or needed mitigation strategies.
- Analyzes participant data to make peer and coach feedback assignments. Also determines other participant groupings based on event criteria.
- Partners with event delivery team to make decisions during event preparation and delivery.
- Anticipates and acknowledges delivery team and client expectations during all event phases.
- Coordinates event logistics including classroom layout, breakout rooms, other required space, hanging printed materials, placing participant materials, preparing facilitator space, and more.
- Ensures the proper and timely preparation and delivery of high-quality event materials and supplies during the event execution.
- Available as needed when facilitators need support/assistance. Responsible for in-depth knowledge of operating procedures for tablets, PC equipment, multiple databases and proprietary systems.
- Facilitate event closure by participating in end of event debrief, documenting quality issues, ensure 100% evaluation completion, breakdown physical classroom space, return unused inventory, process and email evaluation report to delivery team, resolve and closeout any open participant issues (e.g., request for a new coach, assessment rescore, emailing specific documentation, etc.).

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) required.
- Exceptionally strong technical skills with Virtual Meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc.) required.
Other Requirements/Experience
- Up to 50% travel may be required, primarily to CCL various physical locations and select client sites (Face to Face Production only).
- Depending on the region of support, the ability to speak and write in Spanish may be preferred/required.
Pay and Benefits
- The hiring range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
- This is a hybrid position located in Greensboro, NC.
- All offers will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and professional experience.
