Keys to Success

  • Foster a culture of safety by promoting and reinforcing best practices.
  • Clearly communicate expectations, enforce adherence to safety protocols, and hold employees accountable for infractions, conducting investigations as necessary.
  • Provide daily guidance and training to production and assembly teams to ensure efficient operations and optimized workflows.
  • Oversee performance, productivity, attendance, quality, and housekeeping standards while fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Address performance issues, recognize achievements, and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.
  • Administer company policies and workplace procedures fairly and consistently.
  • Cultivate a results-focused environment that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Drive process improvements and waste reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Empower employees to assess and refine daily processes for ongoing operational improvements.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with employees and management to align team ideas with company goals and exceed customer expectations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • 3+ direct reports of technicians and/or production staff
  • Has formal supervisory responsibilities; sets priorities for and coaches associates to meet deadlines
  • Has performance management and people development responsibility for associates under their care

About You

  • Associate degree Related fields: Business Administration, Engineering, Management - preferred
  • Minimum 2 -4 years previous Supervisory or Management experience required
  • Proven ability to coach, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and manage performance expectations effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive in anticipating and addressing the needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to apply creativity to develop quality solutions and drive process improvements.
  • Fundamental project management skills to facilitate process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in general computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.

  • Full-Time
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
