Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bilingual Fluency: C1/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO, call center, or SaaS preferred).
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM platforms and online tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility: Open to working flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).
  • Reliable computer (Intel i5 or equivalent minimum).
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
