Requirements
- Bilingual Fluency: C1/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO, call center, or SaaS preferred).
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM platforms and online tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Open to working flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
