Mastery of Tools: Use top-of-the-line tools (Zendesk, Salesforce).
Requirements
- Absolute Bilingualism: Level C1/C2 (Fluent) in French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (BPO, call center, or SaaS).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and new technologies.
- Mindset: Empathy, patience, and an obsession for customer satisfaction.
- Availability: Ready to work flexible hours (including weekends).
