Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English
- Aid customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns
- Resolve issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality support
- Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (written and reading comprehension required)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (e-commerce or similar is a plus)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable using support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
