About the Opportunity
The *irtual Client Support role is designed to facilitate access to supplemental benefit programs by conducting virtual consultations, guiding clients through benefit options and enrollment, and maintaining ongoing client communications. This position contributes by helping individuals and families secure vital benefits, offering meaningful client service, and supporting the organization's mission to protect financial futures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients to assess their needs
- Guide individuals and families through available benefit options and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
- Participate in regular training sessions, development programs, and team meetings
