VIP Bartender

About the role

As a Bartender at The Addison, you’ll create memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks, genuine hospitality, and a vibrant atmosphere. You’ll be part of the opening team, crafting and serving premium cocktails, wines, spirits, coffee, and other beverages while building connections with guests and contributing to the unique energy of this new hospitality destination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails, premium beverages, and refreshments to consistently high quality and presentation standards.
• Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and personalised service, building rapport with guests and enhancing their overall experience.
• Recommend drinks, pairings, and specials with confidence, using strong product knowledge to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an organised, well‑stocked, and immaculate bar environment while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, licensing, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Work collaboratively with front‑of‑house, kitchen, and management teams to deliver seamless service and uphold The Addison’s exceptional hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in premium, luxury or VIP hospitality.
• Strong cocktail‑making skills and a passion for food, drink, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Confident and engaging personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and professionalism.
• Reliable, positive, and team‑focused approach, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late‑night service.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate, positioned above the London Living Wage.

Schedule

Casual shifts based on business needs, events, and operational requirements, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late‑night service.
