JOB SUMMARY

Deal with any mechanical issues at the OTB properties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• List essential duties and tasks that must be performed, in order of time spent or importance, with or without reasonable accommodation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff.
• Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.
• Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regards to the implementation of current duties.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.

• 21 years old

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Office/Casino environment;
• Subject to outdoor temperature;
• Exposed to smoke, bright lights and noise at times.
• Will occasionally work in extreme heat or cold conditions.
• Will also occasionally work in confined space, such as attics.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Lifting, walking, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, climbing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
