Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering an inclusive environment and driving performance through clear goal setting and continuous feedback
Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firmwide policies
Utilize advanced strategic thinking to oversee vendor performance, implementing innovative solutions to optimize results and align with our operational plans
Leverage expert conflict management skills to resolve any vendor-related issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining an audit-ready, controlled environment
Carry out comprehensive vendor assessments through Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring JPMorganChase engages with the highest quality providers
Escalate issues and emergency services timely and according to contractual (internal and supplier) service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Proven expertise in managing vendor relationships, with a strong emphasis on contract negotiation and performance optimization, demonstrated through 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent skills
Proven track record of leading diverse teams, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, demonstrating advanced proficiency in delegation and team building
Demonstrated expertise in conflict management, with a history of resolving complex vendor-related issues and maintaining high-quality service delivery
Advanced proficiency in strategic thinking, with experience in using data to evaluate potential scenarios and drive decision-making
Expert level computer literacy, with experience in leveraging technology to enhance vendor management processes and performance
