Vice President, Technology Operations

About the role

The Vice President, Technology Operations is an integral part of our Information Services team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive owner for enterprise IT operations, spanning infrastructure, application operations, and service management.
  • ERP leaders and directors report into this role, which provides strategic oversight and alignment, while day-to-day operations are managed within their respective teams.
  • Provide executive governance for ERP incident management, release readiness, and operational risk management.
  • Ensure IT operations meet security, regulatory, and contractual requirements (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, SOX, customer-specific controls).
  • Own operational budgets, long-range financial planning, and cost-optimization initiatives.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 25+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership roles in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure and platform operations within complex, global organizations.
• Experience overseeing enterprise application landscapes, including ERP platforms (e.g., JDE, EBS) and core systems, in partnership with domain leaders.
• Experience operating in security-sensitive and business-critical environments with high expectations for reliability and continuity.
