Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of pitch narratives to deliver compelling, clear, and memorable stories
- Independently lead and own assigned new business pitches, from brief through delivery, with oversight and guidance from senior leadership
- Contribute strategic thinking and content development across all pitch stages
- Translate pitch strategy into clear, well-structured materials and presentations
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all pitch deliverables
- Lead day-to-day pitch workstreams across cross-functional teams
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
- Coordinate closely with subject-matter experts across media, data, technology, and strategy
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve or escalate issues as needed
- Foster strong collaboration and accountability across pitch contributors
- Execute pitch delivery plans, ensuring schedules, checkpoints, and milestones are met

Qualifications
- 10+ years of media agency or related experience, with hands-on involvement in business development or pitching
- Proven experience owning and leading new business pitches
- Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborative leadership style with experience working across functions and disciplines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
- Strong desire to grow into broader business development and leadership roles over time
