About the role

This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $275,000, complemented by a highly attractive commission structure and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across live events, experiential activations, corporate events, festivals, branded content, media production, and related business lines.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that support both near-term revenue objectives and long-term organizational growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Lead end-to-end pitch and RFP processes, from opportunity identification through proposal development and close.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline to support scalable commercial infrastructure.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior executives, brand leaders, agencies, sponsors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent Redrock Entertainment at the highest levels of the industry with professionalism, credibility, and strategic insight.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that expand the company's market presence and capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping translate business objectives into impactful experiential and entertainment solutions.
  • Partner closely with creative, production, and executive leadership teams to develop compelling concepts that win business.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Redrock's service offerings, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify emerging trends, client needs, and market opportunities that can drive future growth.
  • Explore innovative business models, partnerships, and revenue streams that enhance long-term competitiveness.
  • Build and lead a growing business development team.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, creativity, and results.
  • Establish processes, performance metrics, and best practices that support scalable growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with production, creative, operations, and executive leadership teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success leading business development, revenue generation, or strategic partnership efforts within entertainment, experiential marketing, live events, production, agency, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing complex, high-value business opportunities.
  • Established network of senior decision-makers across brands, agencies, entertainment organizations, sponsors, corporate/brand buyers, and strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a book of business from scratch without an institutional platform or pre-existing client base.
  • Experience carrying and achieving individual revenue targets while contributing to broader organizational growth objectives.
  • Strong understanding of experiential marketing, live events, branded content, sponsorships, entertainment production, or related business models.
  • Experience leading and developing business development teams.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and growth-oriented environment.
