What You Bring
- 7–15+ years of experience in agency growth, consultative sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Experience selling marketing, media, analytics, technology, or consulting services
- Deep understanding of nonprofit organizations, digital fundraising, advocacy organizations, associations, foundations, and other mission-driven sectors
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams
- A consultative mindset focused on creating long-term value for clients and the business
