Vice President, Global System Integrators

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Palo Alto, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $400,000 – $500,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's global GSI partnership strategy
• Own sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with top-tier GSIs
• Build and maintain CXO-level relationships within GSI organizations
• Develop joint go-to-market plans and joint business plans with strategic GSIs
• Drive the creation of joint IP and solution accelerators
• Align GSI partner activities with the company's field sales organization
• Lead and mentor a team of partnership professionals
• Establish QBRs, pipeline reviews, and partner scorecards

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic alliance management, partner sales, or GSI relationship management within enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/data platforms
• Proven background selling AI and/or data products/platforms
• 5+ years of direct experience selling to or through GSIs or top-tier consulting enterprises
• Deep understanding of GSI business models
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in structuring revenue-sharing agreements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
