• Lead a world-class team of GSI professionals, caring deeply about growing the team and helping them achieve their career ambitions.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with partners and customers.
• Manage GSI key growth levers: build key, strategic partnerships that drive meaningful revenue and influence with Enterprise customers.
• Develop a global strategic approach and deep relationships with commitments to build Okta practices.

Requirements

• Proven success leading and scaling a team for a hyper‑growth SaaS and/or security company.
• Proven track record of orchestrating high‑value GSI alliances that consistently exceed strategic growth and revenue targets.
