Job Summary
The Vice President, Global Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards will be based in Atlanta, GA. This is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for owning and executing all aspects of global compensation, benefits, and payroll operations across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and India.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own end-to-end global payroll operations for the US, UK, Australia, India and any potential future locations.
- Design and administer global compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, equity, and incentive plans.
- Manage global benefits strategy and broker/vendor relationships.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll integration for mergers and acquisitions.
- Build, develop and lead a global team.
- Partner with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and executives and all levels of global leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in global compensation, benefits and payroll position
- 5+ years leading and developing a global team
- Extensive experience leading global compensation, benefits, and payroll
- Hands-on ownership of payroll, benefits administration and total rewards programs
- Expert knowledge of US, UK and India compensation, payroll, and benefits requirements
- Proven mergers and acquisitions integration experience
- Experience leading and developing international teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting
- Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands
- Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy
- Handling workload and special projects efficiently
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment
