Job Summary

The Vice President, Global Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards will be based in Atlanta, GA. This is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for owning and executing all aspects of global compensation, benefits, and payroll operations across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and India.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Own end-to-end global payroll operations for the US, UK, Australia, India and any potential future locations.
  • Design and administer global compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, equity, and incentive plans.
  • Manage global benefits strategy and broker/vendor relationships.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll integration for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Build, develop and lead a global team.
  • Partner with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and executives and all levels of global leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in global compensation, benefits and payroll position
  • 5+ years leading and developing a global team
  • Extensive experience leading global compensation, benefits, and payroll
  • Hands-on ownership of payroll, benefits administration and total rewards programs
  • Expert knowledge of US, UK and India compensation, payroll, and benefits requirements
  • Proven mergers and acquisitions integration experience
  • Experience leading and developing international teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting
  • Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands
  • Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy
  • Handling workload and special projects efficiently
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment
