About the role
This executive will shape and lead the enterprise-wide benefits agenda, ensuring programs support business priorities while meeting the needs of a global workforce. The role will partner closely with HR, Finance, legal, and business leadership to strengthen governance, compliance, and employee experience. It will also oversee benefits operations, vendor performance, and technology improvements that enhance delivery at scale across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global benefits strategy aligned with business priorities
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and accountability
- Oversee financial stewardship for global benefits programs
- Drive operational excellence in benefits delivery and administration
- Lead technology evolution to enhance employee benefits experiences
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize third-party performance
- Serve as a subject matter expert during mergers and acquisitions
Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or an advanced degree plus 10+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in global benefits or total rewards
- Experience leading complex programs across multiple global regions
- Proven capability in developing and executing enterprise strategies
- Strong financial acumen with large-scale budget management experience
- Demonstrated influence with executive leadership amid organizational change
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Pay
$222,500 – $360,000 annually
