Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with business priorities
- Establish governance frameworks for decision-making and compliance across global benefits
- Lead financial management and investment strategies for benefits programs
- Ensure high operational excellence in benefits administration and employee support
- Drive digital transformation efforts to enhance benefits technology and employee experiences
- Oversee performance management of global benefits vendors and partners
- Advise on benefits strategy during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transformations
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with an Advanced degree or PhD
- 15+ years of leadership experience in global benefits or related fields preferred
- Experience managing complex global programs across diverse regulatory environments
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic programs at an enterprise level
- Strong financial skills in budgeting and investment evaluations
- Ability to influence at senior leadership levels and navigate transformation initiatives
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for executive presentations
