We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description about company (maybe About the role?), responsibilities list, requirements list, maybe qualifications? There's also "Circana Behaviors" but that's not a standard heading; we can maybe include as part of Requirements? The instructions: use headings for those specific section titles. We should not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph about role). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Possibly Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements). But we should not duplicate. The posting includes "Requirements" section with bullet-like sentences. Also includes "Circana Behaviors" but not a standard heading; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe as a separate section "Skills"? But better to follow instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content for it. The posting includes "Responsibilities" heading explicitly. It includes "Requirements" heading explicitly. It includes "Location: Remote, USA." and maybe "Pay" info: there is a paragraph about compensation range but says "The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills," but no actual numbers given. So it's placeholder; we should not create Pay section because no actual numbers. Benefits: not listed explicitly. Schedule: not listed. So we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. Possibly also "Qualifications" but we already have Requirements; we could treat Requirements as qualifications. But instruction: use headings for those section names if content exists. The posting has a "Requirements" section; we can use that. There's no separate "Qualifications". So we will not add Qualifications. We need to wrap content in

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to extract About the role: The initial paragraphs before "Job Responsibilities". Let's capture: "Let’s be unstoppable together! Learn more at www.circana.com. The VP, Global Benefits partners with the Head of Total Rewards to execute Circana’s global benefits strategy, and is the primary owner of benefits governance, budget, vendor and broker management, regulatory compliance, and operational delivery. This role is accountable for centralizing benefits delivery currently dispersed across regional HR Business Partner teams into a consistent, governed, enterprise capability, in service of Circana’s HR vision of a simple, proactive, and scalable employee experience. Working closely with Compensation, Total Rewards leadership, HR Technology, Legal, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, this role ensures benefits programs are designed and administered consistently, equitably, competitively, and in compliance with local regulatory requirements across all countries in which Circana operates. The role provides strategic and operational leadership over the global benefits portfolio, builds the governance model, operating model, and data foundation needed for scalable delivery, and leads a growing team of benefits professionals as the function centralizes. This is a unique opportunity to help build and modernize Circana's global benefits capability at a pivotal stage of growth. This role is best suited for a leader who has successfully built, transformed, or centralized benefits capabilities and can quickly establish credibility, influence, and results in a complex global environment. This is an evolving role, built for how work should be organized in an AI-enabled function. The leader will architect a global team, including virtual and flexible team members, anchored on the organization's most important priorities (determined through our Business Strategy, HR Mission and Vision, and People Strategy), deliberately elevating team members to complex, judgment-driven, and people-centric work while putting automation and AI to work on repetitive, transactional tasks." That is the About the role. Now Responsibilities: after "Job Responsibilities" heading, there are subheadings: Global Benefits Strategy Partnership, Transformation & M&A Integration, Governance & Centralization, Vendor, Broker & Financial Management, Compliance & Regulatory Governance, Administration, Systems & Data, Employee Experience & Communication, Cross-Functional Partnership & Team Leadership. Each has paragraphs. We need to output a list (
    • ) for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should turn each responsibility bullet into
    • . The subheadings could be considered as separate items. We'll produce list items each containing the description. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each paragraph as list item text. We'll need to strip any boilerplate like "Job Responsibilities" heading itself not needed as heading? Actually we need to use

for section headings. So we will have

      Responsibilities

      then
      • ... each responsibility. Similarly for Requirements: after "Requirements" heading, there is a paragraph with bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We need to turn each into list items. Let's extract Requirements sentences: "8+ years of progressive benefits experience, including demonstrated expertise in global benefits design, governance, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Strong global benefits and regulatory acumen, including deep knowledge of U.S. requirements (ERISA, ACA) and experience navigating multi-country frameworks such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Demonstrated experience leading benefits strategy, administration, or governance across multiple countries and regions is required. Fluency in applying AI and automation to redesign operational and administrative processes, with a track record of shifting team capacity from transactional work toward higher-judgment, strategic, and people-centric priorities. Demonstrated experience building, centralizing, harmonizing, or transforming benefits operations, ideally in a multi-country, multi-entity, or post-merger environment. Proven vendor and broker management skills, including RFPs, contract negotiation, and performance governance. Strong financial acumen, with experience owning and managing a global benefits budget. Experience partnering with HR Technology teams on benefits systems, data integrity, and reporting. Excellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex benefits concepts for executive and employee audiences. People leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams, including experience designing flexible, virtual, or hybrid team structures that flex with business priorities. Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of strengthening governance, controls, and scalable benefits solutions that support organizational growth. Experience building new capabilities, operating models, governance structures, or shared-service approaches within a benefits or Total Rewards function. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience leveraging technology and reporting to improve outcomes." We'll make each a
      • . Now About the role: we need to output as

maybe multiple paragraphs? Could combine into one

but it's long. Could split into multiple

for readability but not required. We'll output as

containing the whole text (maybe preserve line breaks? Not needed). We'll just put as one

. Now we need to exclude boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Location: Remote, USA." and maybe some other lines like "Candidates must be comfortable supporting a global workforce and working across multiple time zones, including North America and Europe, as needed." That is substantive? It's location info. Should we include? It's not under a standard heading but could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "Location". But instruction only allows those specific headings. We could incorporate location info into About the role paragraph. It's after the compensation paragraph. Actually after the compensation paragraph there is: "Location: Remote, USA. Candidates must be comfortable supporting a global workforce and working across multiple time zones, including North America and Europe, as needed." Also there is a compensation paragraph earlier. Since we are not creating Pay or Schedule sections, we can include location info in About the role paragraph as extra sentence. We need to preserve all substantive info; we should not drop location. So we will add that to About the role paragraph. Also there is a paragraph about compensation range but no actual numbers; we should not create Pay section because it's placeholder. However the text includes "The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills," It's incomplete; no actual numbers. According to instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Since there is no actual range, we should not create Pay section. We could still include that sentence in About the role? It's about compensation; maybe we can include it as part of About the role but it's vague. However it's still substantive? It says there is a range but not given; it's basically placeholder. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit it. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit that sentence, we are summarizing away detail (the statement about range). But it's not substantive because it's just saying there is a range but not giving it. It's still detail though. However the instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It doesn't say we cannot mention compensation in About the role. But the sentence is vague; maybe we can include it as a short p under About the role. I'd include it to preserve info. Thus About the role paragraph will include the company description, role description, location, and compensation statement. Now we need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. There's no duplication. Now produce HTML:
