Vice President, Global Benefits

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Global Benefits to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape and execute a global benefits and wellbeing strategy that supports a diverse workforce across regions. The role will establish guiding principles that balance worldwide consistency with local market needs while strengthening employee experience. This executive will also partner with senior leaders to drive governance, financial discipline, and operational excellence across the benefits function. Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $222,500 – $360,000 annually Responsibilities Define and execute the global benefits and wellbeing strategy. Establish principles that balance global consistency with regional needs. Evaluate market trends and employee expectations to support program innovation. Ensure benefits programs enhance employee engagement and productivity. Oversee governance frameworks for decision-making and compliance. Lead financial strategy for benefits investments and expenditures. Drive operational excellence in benefits administration and delivery. Qualifications 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD. 15+ years of progressive leadership in global benefits or related fields. Significant experience managing complex global programs across diverse regions. Proven ability to develop enterprise-level strategies and operating models. Strong financial acumen, including managing budgets and investment evaluations. Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders through transformation and change.
