About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global commercialization partnership strategies across diverse partners
• Serve as the executive lead for partner governance and operational performance
• Build and lead a high-performing team to enhance commercialization capabilities
• Negotiate and manage commercialization agreements in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Coordinate operating models with regional leads and global teams
• Ensure launch readiness across partner markets and operational efficiency
• Establish KPIs and governance forums to improve decision-making and partner satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in biopharmaceuticals
• Significant experience managing international commercialization partners and licensing relationships
• Proven track record in developing and executing global commercialization strategies
• Strong leadership skills with experience in matrixed organization environments
• Experience in commercial operations and related operational capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on results

Pay

$294,000 – $367,000 annually
