Vice President, Future Growth Execution & Commercialization - Retirement

About the role

This leader will oversee the execution of high-priority growth initiatives within the retirement business, with a strong focus on bringing strategic concepts to market. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders across the enterprise to align priorities, coordinate commercialization efforts, and support scalable business growth. Success depends on disciplined program leadership, strong executive communication, and the ability to drive complex initiatives through a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution for all major future growth initiatives
• Drive commercialization of retirement-focused products
• Coordinate strategic partnerships and enterprise-level initiatives
• Establish governance processes and operating rhythms
• Facilitate cross-functional cooperation across multiple departments
• Ensure launch readiness and integration of business activities
• Identify and mitigate execution risks and resource gaps

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in financial services, preferably retirement or wealth management
• Track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and commercialization projects
• Strong capability to influence within complex, matrixed environments
• Demonstrated executive presence and effective stakeholder management
• Experience in organizational transformation and growth initiatives
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels

Pay

$178,600 – $267,800 annually
