About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

  • Map global agency relationships to identify new access points and underserved client groups
  • Maintain and grow relationships with central agency leaders and global client organizations to enhance sales efforts
  • Produce and disseminate agency strategy updates to business units throughout the year
  • Support development of scalable advertising product strategies based on market trends and partner feedback
  • Translate global Advertising Technology vision into actionable workstreams to support business unit goals
  • Evaluate market trends and provide insights to inform product strategy and tech partnerships
  • Manage multiple strategic projects, ensuring clarity in objectives and deliverables

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Strategy, Advertising Strategy or Business Development within a media, technology or platform business; consulting or investment banking experience with a media focus is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience developing and managing senior agency and holding company relationships
  • Strong capability to evaluate market and technology trends and create commercial recommendations
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills to influence senior leaders and articulate complex narratives for executives
  • Deep relationships across agency holding companies, including data, strategy, investment, and C-suite leaders

Pay

$210,000 – $245,000 annually
