About the role

The Vice President, Commercial Strategy will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead business development efforts to expand market share and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and other departments to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and financial performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Experience working with AI tools to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$150,000 - $200,000 annually
