Responsibilities
- Design and evolve go-to-market structures and territory strategies as the organization scales
- Lead annual planning processes, including quota design and territory allocation
- Oversee Salesforce as the unified system of record and integration across the organization
- Design and administer comprehensive compensation plans for sales teams
- Drive the commercial integration program across workstreams, reporting to CRO and CMO
- Build and manage a commercial strategy organization of 12-15
- Develop frameworks for onboarding, sales training, and cultural integration
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, commercial operations, or revenue strategy within B2B environments
- Significant history of managing quota-carrying teams
- Direct ownership of Salesforce and commercial system governance
- Experience designing and administering compensation plans across multiple selling roles
- Proven success in developing sales enablement programs and training
- AI-native mindset with a track record of leveraging AI in process design
- Skilled in influencing executive stakeholders and effecting organizational change on a large scale
- Experience in post-acquisition integrations and commercial operations
