Vice President, Commercial Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Commercial Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: Reston, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee CRM hygiene and governance for sales teams Design and manage commercial incentive compensation plans Lead the deal desk approval process and governance execution Direct Salesforce development, user testing, and system administration Manage operations for product packaging and pricing in collaboration with product teams Facilitate sales enablement training and tool management Coordinate sales analytics, reporting, and dashboard education Qualifications 8–12+ years in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields Experience with Salesforce governance and administration Proven track record managing deal desk and pricing governance Proficiency in partnering with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Finance Skilled in designing governance processes and commercial workflows Benefits Work in a dynamic environment with executive leadership Collaborate across various departments to enhance commercial processes Engage in continuous improvement initiatives Participate in strategic decision-making processes Receive comprehensive support for professional development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
