Vice President, Client Experience
About the role
Weber Shandwick is seeking a Vice President to lead multi-channel campaigns with an emphasis on earned media, cultural storytelling, and social/digital engagement for two of our top clients including Nespresso & Unilever W&C brands. This is a high-visibility leadership role in a fast-paced, integrated environment with cross-functional collaboration across channels and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel campaigns with an emphasis on earned media, cultural storytelling, and social/digital engagement
- Collaborate within Integrated Account Teams (IATs), working alongside creative, paid media, influencer, and experiential partners
- Oversee campaign launches from start to finish, inclusive of planning, event/activation production, management of talent partner(s), and development of media materials and social briefs
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, offering strategic POV's and counsel
- Ensure programs are rooted in insights and measured against KPIs
- Manage diverse internal teams and SMEs with clarity and organization
- Lead by providing mentorship, fostering growth and innovation
Requirements
- A strong passion for lifestyle and beauty brands, with a sharp awareness of emerging cultural and consumer trends
- Proven experience executing successful campaigns that generated earned media, drove social engagement, and made a cultural impact
- An expert in navigating Integrated Agency Teams, juggling multiple workstreams, and managing multiple clients
- A strategic thinker with strong instincts for what drives earned media and social buzz
- Aptitude for financial analysis
- A confident working with senior clients and leading large teams
- A natural leader with strong presentation skills who pays attention to detail
- A sharp writer with a creative mindset
Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years' experience in agency, PR/Communications space
- Experienced in leading account teams and integrated Media Strategy, ideally within the consumer or CPG industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Management, or related field
Benefits
Salary range: $125,000 USD - $165,000 USD
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
