Responsibilities

  • Oversee cross-channel measurement strategy design and execution, including various modeling and testing
  • Develop holistic performance reporting and dashboards
  • Evaluate media measurement vendors and manage associated budgets
  • Analyze cross-channel responses and optimize media planning accordingly
  • Ensure data infrastructure meets client needs with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support new business development initiatives
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients on improving their marketing measurement effectiveness
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing analytics team with a culture of innovation and learning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate analytics into campaign development
  • Stay informed on emerging data privacy, measurement trends, and media technology

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in marketing/advertising analytics with proven leadership at an agency or data-driven organization
  • Successful track record in driving actionable insights from analytics and managing client relationships
  • Expertise in analytics reporting tools like Tableau, SQL, and Adverity
  • Strong grasp of the digital ad tech ecosystem including platforms like Meta and Google
  • Proven leadership, mentorship, and team management skills
  • Excellent project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced critical thinking to derive insights from data

Pay

$160,000 – $195,000 annually
