Responsibilities
- Oversee cross-channel measurement strategy design and execution, including various modeling and testing
- Develop holistic performance reporting and dashboards
- Evaluate media measurement vendors and manage associated budgets
- Analyze cross-channel responses and optimize media planning accordingly
- Ensure data infrastructure meets client needs with accuracy and timeliness
- Support new business development initiatives
- Act as a senior advisor to clients on improving their marketing measurement effectiveness
- Lead and nurture a high-performing analytics team with a culture of innovation and learning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate analytics into campaign development
- Stay informed on emerging data privacy, measurement trends, and media technology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing/advertising analytics with proven leadership at an agency or data-driven organization
- Successful track record in driving actionable insights from analytics and managing client relationships
- Expertise in analytics reporting tools like Tableau, SQL, and Adverity
- Strong grasp of the digital ad tech ecosystem including platforms like Meta and Google
- Proven leadership, mentorship, and team management skills
- Excellent project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced critical thinking to derive insights from data
Pay
$160,000 – $195,000 annually
