Position Summary
The VP, Acquisition Email Sales role will drive significant growth in the Claritas partner channel by securing existing, expanding, and capturing new email services business with Claritas strategic channel partners. This position will promote Claritas email services into our Partner’s sales and product organizations, as well as partner with end user clients and agencies. They will collaborate with Claritas Product and Delivery organizations to ensure that email campaigns executed on behalf of our partner’s clients are of the highest quality and provide optimal client outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned (quarterly and annual) revenue objectives.
- Operate as the internal and external main point of contact for all Strategic Partner email services opportunities.
- Identify and close new business email opportunities with Partners and with our Partner’s clients.
- Build and maintain a revenue pipeline of email opportunities, consistent and near real time updates to Salesforce.com, and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Network and build relationships with executives, product owners, and sales leaders within assigned current and prospective partners.
- Drive awareness and affinity for Claritas email solutions within assigned partners and their respective markets.
- Provide informational seminars, sales coaching and use case training for partner sales and product teams to generate demand for email solutions.
- Guide sales and account management resources to achieve revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with Data Services and Ad Operations to ensure critical campaigns are delivered flawlessly and to maintain overall quality standards for all campaign services.
- Provide input to Product Leadership to influence product strategy.
- Monitor and stay abreast of key industry trends impacting partners and Claritas email solutions.
Skills, Education and Experience
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Subject matter expertise in Acquisition Email marketing solutions.
- Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing Services, CRM, Direct Marketing, Consumer Audience Analytics and Targeting, Attribution and Advertising Performance, Agency relationships, or related field experience.
- Comprehensive experience with end-to-end processes of Consumer (B2C) Email marketing services, including sales, campaign strategy design, delivery, and measurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Firm understanding of AI and Agentic workflows.
- Excellent collaborative and influencing skills.
- Desire to work in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Consumer Data services, Claritas Segmentation, and other Core Claritas data assets.
- Firm understanding of AI and Agentic workflows, incorporation into daily workflows.
- Experience with Sales and Marketing automation tools and environments such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Understanding of channel sales relationship models, including third party licensing, royalty, and revenue share agreements.
