Vice President of Customer Acquisition

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Customer Acquisition to spearhead the development and expansion of a robust, data-driven acquisition engine across a vast network of over 900 hospitals. This pivotal role combines cutting-edge performance marketing, advanced analytics, and AI-driven innovation to fuel sustained growth, elevate patient engagement, and transform digital strategies.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or customer acquisition, preferably in healthcare or multi-location environments
  • Proven success managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets with strong ROI focus
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution models, incrementality testing, and marginal ROAS optimization
  • Extensive experience leveraging AI/ML tools for marketing performance enhancement
  • Strong digital product optimization skills, including CRO and website performance management
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with emerging AI-driven marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Familiarity with demand generation, LTV modeling, and cohort analysis
  • Background working within healthcare or complex, distributed organizational structures
  • Knowledge of local market demand signals and competitive dynamics

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is highly advantageous
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, growth, or customer acquisition roles, with a track record of scaling strategies across complex networks

Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel regionally or nationally as needed for market and hospital engagement
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including operations, IT, product, and brand management
  • Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in marketing technologies and strategies
