Responsibilities
- Lead clinical, academic, and operational excellence in pathology services
- Oversee surgical pathology, cytology, and autopsy programs
- Ensure diagnostic quality, compliance, and accreditation standards
- Promote the adoption of digital and advanced diagnostic technologies
- Mentor faculty and trainees
- Participate in complex case sign-out and tumor boards
- Collaborate with hospital and organizational leaders to expand pathology services
Qualifications & Skills
- Leadership experience in anatomic pathology
- Strong understanding of diagnostic quality and regulatory standards
